The staff was extremely helpful as I'm handicapped and was put on the second floor and had to go up and down stairs constantly. They would help me carry stuff up the stairs. I greatly appreciate that.

The breakfast was good. The coffee was hot and they were multiple choices of snacks. The customer service is the best part.
